This is a one off oversize tunic made using a souvenir tablecloth.
A unique piece that will stand the test of time, as it is so original! We have used a souvenir Beautiful South Australia table cloth as the body of this tunic top. The cloth had a border pattern which we have pieced together to create the back section which is gathered into the upper Green yoke. This tablecloth was new and used (has now been washed).
The yoke is lined with the Green houndstooth cotton, both pieces have been fused to accommodate the bulk of fabric meeting at the yoke, and to keep this gal in shape for years to come.
The sleeves are cut from cotton in a houndstooth weave, which has a slight texture. We have used a Green cotton linen blend for the cuff, upper sleeve, back yoke and neck binding. There are internal side pockets.
