Exchanges and Refunds: 

We do not refund for change of mind.

We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase (extended at Christmas for gift purchases until the end of January)

There is no exchange or refund on earrings, facemasks or women's briefs for hygiene reasons. 

There is also no exchange on custom orders.

All our up-cycled lamp bases have been tested and tagged and come with a 3 month warranty.
