Shipping policy

All orders are shipped during our opening hours only.  We endeavour to have all orders on their way within 2 trading days, unless the product needs to be made,( ie - for custom shades) in which case please add 2-3 weeks for your shade to be made, shipping time is additional to this.

Wherever possible, we use Sendle to ship within Australia.

Lampshades wider than 45cm need to be shipped via Pack&Send or Australia Post and may incur additional costs.  If the cost to ship your order exceeds what you have paid, we will invoice for remaining balance (at which time you can choose to cancel for a full refund).  If excess has been paid, the overcharge will be refunded when your order is sent.

If unsure, feel free to email us for accurate shipping costs for lamps and shades, including the size of the shade you are interested in (if custom) and your postcode.  We do not ship our lamps and shades internationally.
