Vintage Poster - Williamstown Hobsons Bay Yacht Club Sky

The Hobsons Bay Yacht Club sky artwork by Kerrie Gottliebsen celebrates the historic Williamstown based Yacht club. Established in 1888, it is positioned on the Williamstown foreshore at 270 Nelson Place.

The club boasts one of the best views of Melbourne’s city skyline. Visit during sun set, and watch the city basking in the most stunning golden light. In recent years the club has experienced a stunning refurbishment and features a beautiful bar, expansive balcony and other entertaining spaces.

The club encourages new members. There are twilight races during Spring and Summer where the community is welcomed to join in.

Fortunately, you don’t have to own a yacht to be a member.  You can bring your own food or snacks, enjoy a drink in the bar, and watch the sun go down. The staff are lovely and its many volunteers and members make for a wonderful, welcoming experience.
