Vintage Poster - Footscray Victoria Hotel

This artwork by Kerrie Gottliebsen celebrates the iconic Vic Hotel in Footscray on the corner of Victoria and Raleigh Streets Footscray. The popular pub features an historic central bar, cosy booths, a light filled dining room and outdoor seating.

Originally built in 1870, the pub is a stones throw from the Middle Footscray railway overpass. The popular local was once owned by Australian Heavyweight boxing champion Bill Lang. It was later renamed the Harts Hotel in 1941 after new owner Dennis Hart until its rebirth in 2018 by the current owners.
