Nicole is artisan potter based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne creating handmade bespoke ceramic pieces under the brand Acacia Ceramics, in a small batch handmade pottery studio. All pieces are hand thrown on the pottery wheel and are made of stoneware clay, the strongest of the clay types, so the pieces can be used and loved in everyday life.
Starting life as a ball of clay, each piece is hand formed and therefore unique and one of a kind. Inspired by smooth lines and discovering new and exciting glaze combinations these contemporary pieces feature flowing lines and pops of colour.
