Pali Market baskets are designed and handwoven in two small remote villages in Myanmar.
This style is widely used by locals (including monks) in their daily lives to carry fresh produce, fish and anything that needs carrying.

Each Pali basket is individually handwoven from colourful pallet strapping, utilising reused and recycled components as available. The frame is made from bamboo and rattan purchased from local farmers. The Burmese traditional weaving methods have been passed down for generations.
Baskets are designed to last a long time and are fully recyclable at the end of their life.
