Established in 2012, all produce is sourced from a backyard veggie patch and spray free trees, along with other locally sourced ingredients.
Delicious preserves are created from a registered home kitchen, and are all GLUTEN FREE and VEGAN
TOMATO RELISH - is delicious on just about anything! One of my favorite uses is as a sauce with sausage rolls. Homemade, meat filled, vego or store bought. Hot, straight out of the oven sausage rolls with tomato relish is a delicious lunch, dinner or snack (300g)
ZUCCHINI PICKLE - is delicious with poached eggs. Poach 2 eggs as you like them. Toast some thick artisan bread. Spread with butter and then a generous serve of zucchini pickle. Add your eggs on top, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice (300g)
PICCALILLI - "What is Piccalilli?" is a common question. Piccalilli is an English pickle, full of many different veggies and a touch of fresh chilli. Traditionally served as part of a Ploughmans lunch. Grab a small serving board. Pop some Piccalilli in a small dish. Add a generous handful of ham, pickled onions, cheese, some artisan crusty bread, and a hard boiled egg (300g)
APRICOT CHUTNEY - makes a delicious modern apricot chicken dish. (remember the old apricot chicken casserole) Grill or bake a couple of chicken breast fillets or tenderloins. Warm some apricot chutney in the microwave, and pour over chicken. Serve with mashed potato and steamed greens (300g)
CAULIFLOWER PICKLE- makes the perfect pizza sauce. Use in place of tomato paste on homemade pizzas. Top with roasted pumpkin pieces, a sprinkle of marinated feta and semi dried tomatoes. Once cooked add a handful of rocket leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze (300g)
BEETROOT RELISH- makes a delicious topping on home made burgers. Use some artisan bread rolls, cook up your favorite burger pattie. Add a few slices of tomato, a slice of cheese, lettuce leaves, grated carrot and top with a smothering of beetroot relish. Serve with potato wedges (300g)
GREEN TOMATO PICKLES - is your classic meat and pickle toastie topping. Use a good quality artisan thick sliced bread. Butter the outside of your bread. Add a slice of cheese (Brie is a delicious option). Top with your favorite shaved ham, followed by a generous dollop of green tomato pickle. Toast in a sandwich press or frypan (300g)
PEAR & GINGER CHUTNEY - the perfect blend of sweet and savoury and is delish with some cheese and biscuits.... just what you need for an mid-arvo snack (300g)

QUINCE PASTE - our seasonal quince paste sits perfectly on a charcuterie board or simply paired with any cheese (180g)
