One of Melbourne’s most recognisable landmarks, the railway station on the corner of Flinders and Swanston streets is among the city’s busiest. The first railway station established in any Australian city it also featured a concert hall and sprawling ballroom.
Ask any local to meet you "under the clocks" and they will know exactly where to find you - a row of time keepers are positioned above the main entrance, beneath the arched yellow façade and prominent dome built in 1909.
